Zazie Beetz's Fashion Journey: 2023's Highlights

German-American actress Zazie Beetz has quickly developed into a talent to watch both on the screen and red carpet. Since she hit the screen as part of the hit comedy show Atlanta, Beetz has never looked back. Over the last few years, she has appeared in several Hollywood projects, including Deadpool 2 and The Harder They Fall.

In addition to being a highly talented and versatile entertainer, the Lucy in the Sky star is also a fashion icon. With that said, here’s a breakdown of this rising Hollywood star’s fashion journey.

In an interview with Cut.com, the Joker star replied, “a little boho weird,” when she was asked to describe her unique style. She also distinguished her everyday style from her red carpet style – stating that she normally goes for a less daring look when she has a red carpet appearance.

The actress described how she likes to flex her creativity and go for looks that stir emotion and allow her to show off her unique identity. Continuing about her unique style, Zazie Beetz said that she always likes to combine glamour and practicality.

In the interview, she gave the example of rocking minimal makeup or leaving her hair messy, when she is dressed to the nines – creating a sort of high, low combination.

Zazie Beetz was among the long list of celebrities that attended the Thom Browne Fall Winter 23 at the start of the year. The celebrity appeared very excited by the intergalactic theme of the show. Talking to Interview Magazine, the actress explained how much she loved fashion shows that go above and beyond having people walking up and down the runway.

She stated, “I find I actually get rather emotional and very connected to shows that do more than just that.”

Beetz is a huge admirer of Thom Browne’s creative and playful approach when it comes to fashion. She chose to wear one of his outfits to the show. When asked about where else she could wear it she replied, “I’d wear this anywhere.”

At the New York Fashion Week, Beetz was seen at the Carolina Herrera show. The Atlanta star was rocking a green and polka-dotted dress topped off with a beach hat – making her the perfect representation of spring.

During the 2023 Paris Fashion Week, Beetz made a point of attending Chloé’s Fall 2023 show. The actress, who loves the city of Paris, stated that she lived in the French capital back when she was around 20 years old.

More importantly, she got her name from the title character (a girl who loves Paris) in the book Zazie in the Metro by Raymond Queneau. In an interview with The Cut, the actress described the show and the creative behind it – Chloé – as, “archetypically French.”

At the show, The Harder They Fall star wore a sexy black cutout dress that perfectly showed off her amazing figure.
