Regina takes her health and fitness routine seriously and that could be the reason for her ageless appearance over the years. She has strategies that help her cope physically and mentally with her demanding job and she has shared these with media outlets in her interviews and on social media platforms.

Regina shares her health and fitness routine online and one thing she keeps talking about is that she attends the gym as much as her tight schedule allows. She typically goes to the gym three to four times a week and she prefers kickboxing and weightlifting as her main fitness activities.
According to a report published by Fitness Clone, Regina King is known to take part mostly in body-weight activities, including pushups, crunches, and lunges. She is also not afraid of getting into classes or new programs for weight management activities.
She also hikes at least 30 minutes a week and she advises that everyone should embrace any activity that will keep them moving.

According to Regina, moisturizing the skin is the key to staying radiant, even for all age groups and for men and women. She confessed that she taught her son to always clean his face and get his hands and other parts moisturized. Regina admitted to loving braids because they are easier to manage.
