“My best anti-aging tip is the ability to say 'no, no, and hell no,'" Gabrielle told Women’s Health. "We run ourselves ragged saying 'yes' to every freaking thing, whether it's to our family, spouses, or careers. I sleep eight hours a day and don't let myself stress out. A lot of people call it selfish, but I don't have any wrinkles."
Not overusing your body means giving it the necessary rest time. And every hour of sleep counts.

Another tip from the actress to keep in shape is: “Try to get in as much water as possible.”

According to her, she washes her face and removes makeup every evening with a gel cleanser.
Sometimes, she wipes it with a white cloth to ensure the dirt is gone. She then continues with a toner and moisturizer. In the morning, she uses a treatment with a sun protection factor.
And no, removing makeup is not just for those who wear makeup: leaving pollution particles and excess sebum on the skin’s surface will degrade its condition.
