Mielle Organics is a fast-growing hair care company started in 2014 by Monique Rodriquez. The brand uses natural, organic ingredients to make its products, which include the top-selling Mielle Organics scalp and hair oil.

Monique founded this company after undergoing a traumatic event of child loss. During her healing process, she realized she could use the opportunity to try something she always wanted to establish: a hair beauty business.

Mielle Organics Products

Mielle has over 90 hair products, including the best-selling Mint Almond Oil Rosemary Mint Scalp and Hair Oil. The main natural ingredients for hair products include honey, rice water, avocado, and almond oil, so you can easily choose what fits your hair needs.

Besides hair care products, the company sells high-quality hair brushes, shower caps, head buds, bonnets, and scarves. Some facial masks and skin products are also available, but not in plenty.

The Cultural Impact of Mielle Organics

In December 2022, Alix Earle a top TikToker started an online debate after claiming that the Mielle Organics oil helped grow her care. Alix, a white entrepreneur, helped create awareness of the products, although many people doubted her, considering the product is meant for Black hair.

Over the years, Black hair products have been limited, but the case is no longer the same because more black entrepreneurs are establishing more black hair products. These products, including Mielle Organics, empower people with dark skin and help them get the right products for their textured hair and dark skin.

Mielle Organics Achievements

According to Monique, the products used by the company include blended herbs and multiple amino acids meant to boost natural hair growth. Since her statement about organic products, the company has grown consistently, and the products can now be found in more than 100,000 stores globally.
