Michael B. Jordan plays Erik Killmonger in the new Black Panther movie that is set to release on February 18, 2018.
Ladies are drooling over Jordan’s appearance in the movie, even if he is one of the villains of the movie, who is captured by W’Kabi, who is played by Daniel Kaluuya. This film will be his first time working in a Marvel movie and his 12th movie thus far.
The last hit movie Jordan worked on was Creed, which was based on the story of Adonis Johnson, the son of boxing champion, Apollo Creed. The movie grossed $173,567,581 during its opening weekend. It was a success for Jordan, which he won an NAACP Image Award for Outstanding Actor in a Motion Picture. His co-star, Sylvester Stallone won a Golden Globe for Best Supporting Actor in the movie.
Anticipation for Jordan’s appearance in Black Panther is high. Between fans of the Marvel comics and girls swooning over his shirtless scenes, the movie is sure to be a hit, maybe even bring him new awards for his trophy case.
