Lana Del Rey Announces New Album and Tour

After Lust for Life was released in 2017, Lana Del Rey fans have been anticipating another album. After two years, the singer has finally confirmed Norman Fucking Rockwell to be her next album. Coming out on August 30th, this LP has 14 songs. Contributing artists include Jack Antonoff, Zach Dawes, Laura Sisk, and Rick Nowels.         

On August 1st, an album trailer was uploaded to YouTube. In the trailer, you watch Lana Del Rey surf, walk on boats, drive through various landscapes and walk around scenic places with other people. The video starts off like a commercial from the 80’s with a buff guy and Lana Del Rey covered by words advertising the album and surfing in front of a green screen.

On July 31st, Lana Del Rey Tweeted the release date of the album and the cover along with the track listThe album includes songs the artist has released before, like “Mariners Apartment Complex,” “Venice Bitch,” and “Hope Is a Dangerous Thing for Woman Like Me to Have — but I Have It.” 

According to Lana, this is the track list:

 The artist also Tweeted out her planned tour destinations for this year and the next. She will be hitting up the west coast, and Europe.
