Kash Doll Drops Mini Movie “Hustla” Beginning “The Kelly Chronicles”

Kash Doll exhibits her rap skills and creative prowess in her new mini movie “Hustla.” The saga follows the beginning of “The Kelly Chronicles” about how a dancer named Kelly (spoilers ahead!) became involved in the world of violence and scamming men.

Kash Doll‘s rap in the style of storytelling keeps you engrossed in the story while providing a good beat. All senses align as you find yourself in Kelly‘s head as her conscious and as her hype man.

She raps:

“She couldn’t pass on it, too in love with that cake
Although she seen every episode of First 48
She still approached Sam when he came into the club
Convinced him to go back to the room so they can f-ck
No unlawful entry, she gave Dre the other key
Dre ain’t know that Sam was licensed to carry
Dre came in and pulled his weapon Sam pulled his too
All you heard was Kelly sayin’ ‘Dre, don’t shoot!'”

Kash Doll explains where her idea for The Kelly Chronicles arised:

“‘Kelly Chronicles’ is a story based on things I’ve seen in the real world strip club life, although thankfully it’s not my own experience.  I wanted to show girls that it’s not all glitz and glamour. Sometimes women sacrifice their peace of mind, dignity and most importantly self-worth.‘Kelly Chronicles’ will be an ongoing story. As a former dancer, I used to be in that world, and I want girls to know it’s not just what you see on social media. There are stories of missing girls with cases still open because of situations like these. With this mini movie series, I’m speaking on situations that come from living that lifestyle. There is a lot of peer pressure and you can easily get led in the wrong direction. I want to give these women a voice, and make sure these stories and cautionary tales are told.”
