Elle Varner Returns With Sexy New Single “Pour Me”
Elle Varner stole our hearts back in 2011 with the release of her first single “Only Wanna Give It To You” which was followed up with the release of her most popular song to date, “Refill”. Devoted fans and music lovers alike have been in heavy anticipation of new music and an album. In January of 2019, Elle dropped off a treat for us all with a new single, “Pour Me” featuring Wale. Today the belting Bombshell gave the world the sultry video for the smash single. Sending us on a ride of emotions with lyrics that say: But I loved you as the homie/Now I’m cryin and sayin, “Poor me”/ So Pour Me One More. A relatable message fused with her raspy yet melodic tone, Elle takes us on journey of shoulda, coulda, woulda’s with someone we may have been secretly interested in.
In a recent interview with ESSENCE, Elle states:
