Define Grown-ish

If you haven’t seen Grown-ish, it is a trending series on Freeform. The show is a spin off from Black-ish shown on ABC. It stars Zoey Johnson, played by youth activist Yara Shadidi who is very involved in pop culture. Zoey figures out college while she has her journey into adulthood. It explores what it means to step out of being a teenager but not having the adult part of life figured out yet.  The show ratings are doing well that it got renewed for a second season. The show has covered topics like relationships, sexuality, social media, and drugs.
