Core values I have instilled in her are hard work and dedication.  I allow her to use her creative skills to sketch out how she wants the runway to look.  She’s a pretty amazing artist as well.  She learns money management as well.  I show her the budget and what expenses we have and how to balance it.  She’s learned marketing techniques using social media.  She’s learned how to be an amazing people person by becoming friends with all the models that attend her events.
