Following the footstep of OG female lyricists such as Lil Kim, Foxy Brown, Eve, Missy Elliot, and the later Nicki Minaj and Cardi B, the fierce Goddess Venus sings sexy yet witty songs with a boss attitude that is beyond empowering.

As a musician that is yet to sign a record deal, Goddess Venus has already released singles that are garnering rave reviews from her female fanbase and getting internet attention. A progressive female herself pursuing her budding career, her fiery bars are all about inspiring and helping other women chase their dreams and make that money.

About one of her tracks “Count It Up,” she says that “[it] is a song that is about being a boss and being in control of your own life. However, it’s also lively, and anyone can have fun and turn up to it. That’s pretty much my personality. I’m cocky and confident, while still being sexy and having fun. And to me, getting money and being a female boss is a lifestyle.”

Her latest song, “Celebrate This Girl,” Goddess Venus expressed the same vibe and message. She felt the need to create a song that could bring women together, to empower women to chase their dreams and not let any bad vibes get in their way.

“I think the video represents my song well. Celebrate all your accomplishments and celebrate who you are.”
