It’s hard to sit still while watching the new music video for NOTD‘s so close. We just want to dance already! The recently released single features Felix Jaehn (known for hit song ‘Cheerleader’), Captain Cuts ( a multi-platinum selling production and DJ group) & Georgia Ku (a vocalist with an impressive collaboration roster). In just about a month the song has over 10 million global streams. NOTD, platinum-selling Swedish duo takes us through the streets of Tokyo, Japan by way of a couple whose romantic relationship shifts from past to present.

Honestly, this song could have been made in 2010 and disappeared among the countless dance anthems that have saturated the music industry. Yet, the simple (or quite so) concept of getting over someone, is made complex by both partners’ indecision. “I wish wish we could go back to were we started,” in the pre-chorus says it all. Ultimately, dance is the what holds the couple together throughout the video; a testament to the bits and pieces of the relationship that remain intact.
